Company History
In 1997 Zenger Miller, Learning International & Kaset International merged
to form AchieveGlobal.
Zenger Miller had a reputation for it's ground breaking work in improving organisational
effectiveness leaders.
Learning International's experience in the sales arena continues to be
the basis of our Sales Performance solutions. Many leaders and managers from the
past three decades are familiar with PSS, or Professional Selling Skills.
Kaset International's focus was on customer loyalty. This focus now serves as the
foundation for our Customer Service capability.
With the combined experience of the world's three most reputable corporate
training organisations, AchieveGlobal is proud to have over 80 years experience
in sales, leadership and service solutions.
The Australian operation of AchieveGlobal is owned by the Professional Learning
Systems (PLS) Group and operates as PLS Australia Pty Ltd. The PLS
Group also owns the AchieveGlobal Canadian & South African franchises.
